A SOC 2 Type 2 report is an internal controls report outlining how Veryfi safeguards customer data and how well those controls are operating. These reports are issued by Linford & Company LLP (third party auditors) covering the principles of Security, Availability and Confidentiality.

State-level momentum for comprehensive privacy bills is at an all-time high after the California Consumer Privacy Act passed in 2018, multiple states proposed similar legislation to protect consumers in their state through transparency.
