    Usage is billed monthly, based on the number of API Transactions made to the Veryfi OCR API Platform.

  • How are API Transactions defined?

    An API Transaction is a request to extract data from a single document that spans no more than 3 pages. To process documents with more than 3 pages, a custom account configuration is required. Contact support@veryfi.com to explore custom account details.

  • Does Veryfi comply with data privacy regulations?

    Veryfi complies with CCPA, and HIPAA in the US; GDPR in the EU; and PIPEDA in Canada.

  • Is Veryfi SOC 2 Type 2 Certified?

    Yes. Please contact cso@veryfi.com for a copy of Veryfi’s SOC 2 Type 2 certification. Veryfi is also compliant with HIPAA, GDPR and CCPA.

  • How does Veryfi deterministic AI models compare to LLMs

    Veryfi ML models are deterministic and trained in house on H100s and A100s (state of the art Nvidia AI machines). Customers can rely on the JSON and the results Veryfi APIs return.

    In comparison, LLMs are non-deterministic and not good to use with financial numbers. This is also referred to as hallucinations. Sometimes it might get it right but other times it will not and make up results. This is something a leader CANNOT rely on especially if the numbers are used to make business decisions or for statutory tax regulations yielding compliance failures.
